Sending Files to Anchor Press

File Preparation – Proper file preparation greatly enhances our ability to quickly prepare your job for output.  Listed below are a few simple tips to help you create files that will shorten the time needed to accurately reproduce your project.

• We accept both Windows and Macintosh files.
• High end graphics programs are preferred such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark XPress, PageMaker, and Corel Draw.
• Word processor files, or other office files may require additional time and money to prepare for output.
• Always include All fonts, graphics and color profiles associated with your application files.
• Fax a hard copy of your project, or email a pdf whenever possible.
• Avoid using JPG, GIF and PNG files.  The file compression used to create these files can result in less than acceptable results.
• PDF files should be avoided.  If there are any issues discovered after receiving your PDF files, we do not always have the ability to make corrections without the originating files.  Delays and additional costs may occur.

Physical Media
You can deliver your files on physical media. We can accept CD, DVD, Flash Drives and most other portable media.

Sending Files Electronically
Email
Email attachments should be smaller than 10 mb and please either stuff or zip your files into a single archive. Send your files to
info@anchorpress.com along with any pertinent information.

FTP Upload
To send files directly from your browser, click the "Customer Sign-in" link on our home page. Either stuff or zip your files into a single archive with a unique name.  You will need a login and password to use our FTP site.
